In Yamachiche, Au Chant du Coq specializes in garlic production, which they creatively transform into a variety of flavorful products: black garlic, garlic scapes, flavored salts, aiolis in several varieties, maple relish… and soon, garlic salsas that will spice up their offer! They also grow the Mexican vegetables needed for this new product. In season, the farm offers fresh strawberries and homemade treats such as pies. All products are crafted on-site with care and originality. Their stand is open in the summer, and you can also find them in select shops and local markets throughout the year.
